Building a Culture of Excellence

The Culverhouse Executive Leadership Certificate Program focuses on high-potential (HIPO) employees with the intent of helping them boost their performance, increase their capacity to innovate, and drive sustainable growth for their organizations.

Format:

The program will be hosted on campus at The University of Alabama in the Culverhouse College of Business.

Plan to be on campus from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm each day (Exact times will be sent with finalized schedule).
Light breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee will be provided.

This certificate is not eligible for federal financial aid. No academic credit will be awarded. Program is approved for 16 hours of CPE credit in the field of ‘Personal Development’.

I was fortunate to be part of the first Executive Leadership Certificate program cohort. The program provided a comprehensive perspective on the various aspects of leadership, including empowering teams to initiate change, effectively managing resources and essential business components, and understanding how you are directly linked to and reflected within the organization’s structure. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to enhance and expand their leadership skills.

Led by an impressive group of presenters, this conference was packed with valuable, practical insight. Dr. Naidoo’s insights resonated with me as he shared memorable examples of ways to ensure we always bring our whole selves to work. The communication tools shared to establish project visibility and own the narrative will certainly be applied in the management of my projects. Given the wealth of knowledge and perspectives shared, the whole experience felt like we attended a Master Class on leadership. The level of engagement from the presenters allowed time for meaningful dialogue and introspection.

I wholeheartedly enjoyed the Executive Leadership Program. The speakers brought forth and shared vital information that helped shape different approaches in a meaningful manner related to diverse management roles. The Culverhouse College of Business Executive Leadership Program proved to be a very valuable and thought-provoking experience. The Leadership program was a great experience. What stood out was the program's ability to stay relevant, with fresh sessions and instructors attuned to market trends.
