Led by an impressive group of presenters, this conference was packed with valuable, practical insight. Dr. Naidoo’s insights resonated with me as he shared memorable examples of ways to ensure we always bring our whole selves to work. The communication tools shared to establish project visibility and own the narrative will certainly be applied in the management of my projects. Given the wealth of knowledge and perspectives shared, the whole experience felt like we attended a Master Class on leadership. The level of engagement from the presenters allowed time for meaningful dialogue and introspection.

I wholeheartedly enjoyed the Executive Leadership Program. The Culverhouse College of Business Executive Leadership Program proved to be a very valuable and thought-provoking experience. The discussion of topics such as strategic agility, the integration of AI, the importance of storytelling in leadership, and the depth of knowledge and innovative perspectives shared by esteemed faculty and industry experts left me inspired and ready to integrate these insights into my leadership role.
