The Emerging Leaders series is designed to help professionals build the core capabilities needed to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. Board Readiness Program

March 4–5, 2027 | IN PERSON

The Board Readiness Program prepares senior marketing leaders to become effective corporate directors and trusted advisors in the boardroom. Delivered in partnership with The CMO Institute and the Culverhouse College of Business, the program combines academic research, governance best practices, and insights from experienced board members to help participants develop the knowledge, perspective, and professional positioning required to pursue and succeed in board service. Designed for accomplished executives, the program helps participants translate expertise in leadership, strategy, branding, customer insight, data, and innovation into enterprise-level governance and shareholder value creation.
